Columbia Fuels had upset their client base and as a result lost a substantial amount of their subscription fuel customers. They came to Copeland Communications for a win-back campaign to regain the lost business and retain their current customers. The campaign would include print, radio, direct mail and online animated display ads. The photography and sets were done by Michael Tourigny.

We used the icon from the logo as a key character, using it in two cute scenarios. The purpose was to re-introduce Columbia Fuels as friendly. The ads used simple word-play to offer up the savings. The campaign earned the company a 20% increase in sales.
